Information You Send Us
The request forms on our home page and contact page ask for:
- your name;
- your phone number;
- your email address;
- a message, plus anything you choose to put in it, such as your town, your address or details about your septic system.
We don't ask for payment details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through the site. Please don't type them into the message box.
If you phone us instead, we only have what you tell us on the call and the number you call from.

How the Form Reaches Us
The site doesn't store form submissions itself. When you press "Send request", your browser sends the form to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an outside form service, which delivers it to us by email. FormSubmit handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy. After sending, you see a short confirmation page on our site.
Once your request reaches us, we keep it for as long as we need it to answer you, arrange and carry out any work you book, and keep ordinary business records.

- To file the maintenance report for your system with your county after a pumping or inspection, which identifies the property and the work done. Wisconsin requires maintenance to be reported to the county (SPS 383.55).

We don't add you to a mailing list because you sent a request.

We don't sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only:
- with FormSubmit, which delivers the form to us (see above);
- with your county's POWTS program, when we report work on your system;
- when the law requires us to.

The Google Map on Our Pages
Every page of this site shows an embedded Google Map of our address in the footer. The map loads from Google, so when you view any page your browser connects to Google's servers. Google may set cookies or collect information such as your IP address and how you use the map, under Google's Privacy Policy. We don't control what Google collects, and Google doesn't send us information about your visit. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, including Google's.

Server Logs
Like most websites, this site runs on a hosting provider's servers, and the host keeps standard server logs. These usually record your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for, the page that linked you there, and the date and time. Hosts use these logs to run and protect the site. We don't use them to identify visitors.

Our pages link to outside sites, such as Wisconsin DSPS, the state's administrative code, county offices and the EPA. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them.

We take reasonable care with the requests we receive. No way of sending information over the internet or by email is completely secure, though, so please keep bank details, card numbers and other sensitive information out of the form.

The site is meant for adults who own or look after property. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us their details, get in touch and we'll delete them.
