The Basics
What We Do
We work on the wastewater systems that serve properties beyond the reach of public sewer: conventional septic tanks with drain fields, at-grade systems, mounds and holding tanks. Most city and village centres in the Fox Valley are on municipal sewer, so much of our work is on the rural edges and in unsewered parts of each town. We also answer the questions owners ask us most in our septic guides.

How We Work With County POWTS Programs
Every septic system in Wisconsin is on a county tracking program that mails a notice when the system's three-year inspection is due (Wisconsin DSPS), and the tank is pumped whenever sludge and scum fill a third of it (SPS 383.54); our guide to the three-year rule explains how the two fit together.
One practical thing to know about Elite Septic Fox River is that the paperwork is part of the job. After each inspection or pump-out, we report the work to your county's program within the 30 days the state code allows (SPS 383.55): Brown County Planning & Land Services, Outagamie County Development & Land Services, the Winnebago County Zoning Department or Calumet County Planning, Zoning & Land Information.
How It Works
What You Can Expect
- Booking. Tell us your town, your system type and whether you have a county notice.
- Finding the tank. If you don't know where your lids are, we locate them.
- The work. We measure, pump or repair as needed.
- County reporting. The maintenance event goes to the right office.
- Written findings. A plain-language summary of what we found, with options explained before any further work.
