Sewage Backing Up? Call, Don't Type
A form can sit unread for hours. If sewage is coming into the house, the tank is overflowing in the yard or a high-water alarm won't stop, phone (920) 241-6573 instead.
While you wait, stop using water: no flushing, laundry, dishes or showers. On a mound or pump-chamber system, check the pump breaker and reset it once; if it trips again, leave it off. Our emergency septic service page explains what happens next.

Owner Tips
What to Have Ready When We Talk
Before you contact Elite Septic Fox River, gather what you can. None of it is required, but each answer saves time on the phone and on site.
- Where the lids are. Marked, buried or no idea at all. If nobody knows, say so; tank locating can be part of the visit.
- When the tank was last pumped. Old receipts help. On the Calumet County side, the county's online Ascent records show past service dates (Calumet County Sanitation).
- Alarm status. Whether a light or horn is on, when it started, and whether the pump breaker has tripped.
- Your county paperwork. The parcel number and due date from a county notice, and the system type from your permit file if you have it. Permits issued before a town became a village may be filed under the old town name.
- For a home sale: the closing date, so the inspection fits your timeline.
If a county letter is what prompted you to get in touch, our guide to the three-year rule explains what it's asking for.
