Where we describe state or county rules, we link to the source, such as Wisconsin DSPS, the Wisconsin Administrative Code or a county office. Codes, county ordinances, forms and deadlines change, and your county may have rules of its own. Before acting on a rule, check the current version with DSPS or your county's zoning, sanitation or land services office. If a county notice or permit says something different from our pages, follow the county.

We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we don't promise that it will always be available, complete or free of errors. Nothing on the site guarantees that a particular service, date or response time will be available. The services and areas we list, and our hours, can change.
Sending a form doesn't book an appointment. A visit is booked only once we've confirmed it with you. If sewage is backing up or an alarm won't stop, call (920) 241-6573 rather than using a form.
